Our next fair is The Winter Show, located in the Park Avenue Armory, New York, between E. 67th and E. 68th St, from Friday 24th January to Sunday 2nd February. Among our highlights will be a dozen rare jewels and watches by Salvador Dalí, black painted wood and crushed tin can necklaces by Louise Nevelson from our catalogue, Paint it Black The Jewels of Louise Nevelson, and a selection of pieces from our latest catalogue, The Jeweller's Guide to the Galaxy. 42 Years of Atomic and Space Age Jewellery.
Hours are a bit confusing so check before coming: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 12.00 - 20.00; Tuesday and Thursday: 12.00 - 16.30, Saturdays: 12,00 - 19.00 and Sundays 12.00 - 18.00. On Thursday 23rd January there is an Opening Night Party to benefit the Eastside House Settlement from 17.00 - 21.00 and on the following Thursday, 30th January, it is Young Collectors Night from 18.00 - 21.00. We shall also be exhibiting at TEFAF, Maastricht, in the Design Section, from Saturday 7th to Sunday 15th March, 2020, with two preview days on Thursday 5th and Friday 6th March, which are by invitation only.
In May we are also lending fifteen jewels by Pablo Picasso to the exhibition, Picasso and the Artist's Jewellery, to be held in the Museu Picasso, Barcelona, from 7th May to 13th September, which will be the first exhibition dedicated to the subject and which will include many unique pieces that the great artist created for the important women in his life.
